"Morning. You're here early," a voice behind her said just after seven a.m.
"Yeah. Didn't sleep much. How was the rest of your night?"
"Not bad," Nathan answered with a grin. "But I figured I'd come in to the office and get some things done before everyone else shows up."
He moved to sit at the desk opposite hers.
"So," he began, "any ideas on what to do with Jones if the situation heats up?"
"I had a few possibilities that came to mind," Lizzie told him. "For starters, a couple of my dad's friends have deer leases about three hours south of here. They even have little cabins onsite. Push comes to shove I could make some calls and try to line something out. My other thought was that maybe Joe could help figure something out, too."
