EPILOGUE
Almost four months later, the holiday season was in full swing.
Lizzie had a long day of typing up reports. Once she was finally finished, she printed them out, stacked them neatly, and carried them into her boss's office.
"Here you go," she told Nathan. "And I saved them out on the server, as well."
"Thanks. You and Donny going to the party at Faith and Rick's?"
"Yep, we'll be there around seven-thirty."
Nathan smiled.
"Good. See you there."
She nodded, then turned and went back to her desk to log out and grab her purse and keys. As she headed for the elevator, the receptionist called out to her.
"Lizzie, this came for you in the mail. I just haven't had a chance to bring it to you."
"Thanks. Have a great weekend."
"You too."
