I removed Killian’s hand from me, and I took a step back away from him. He stared at me darkly; his lips were red like cherries and still apart. And s**t! It seems like he does not even care that Crystal is here!
“U-Uhm, Drogo and some of your men have already secured your brother’s passage, my Lord,” Crystal said, then she glanced at me.
Her eyes are curious, and I can see a lot of questions from them. I looked at Killian, and he was still staring at me. I thought he was not listening to Crystal, but he still managed to answer it without taking away his gaze from me.
“Prepare the lunch in the dining area now. We’ll just finish this,” he said before glancing at Crystal.
