After lunch, Miles drove me back to my office. We were in the car and Miles was driving. My phone vibrated again and this time I picked it up.
"Eric Parker, do you know how many times have I called you?" My mom's voice popped up immediately when I answered.
"Mother, is it fine if I don’t want to answer this question?" I said coldly.
"ERIC PARKER!" mom shouted my name angrily.
"Mother, you don't have to shout. I can hear you clearly even without shouting." I told my mom and ignored her madness.
"Eric, you really want me to die of anger." mom said.
