Christine's Pov
"I wasn't cheating on you." I'm shaking my head in pure disbelief.
"It sure looked like it to me." He whines sullenly.
This is so unlike him. He is weirding out on me.
"Fanuel, drop that silly charade now. I thought it was you behind me."
He snorts. "I'm sure you did."
"I mean it. I didn't know it was one of the guests."
He turns to look at me then.
"He wasn't one of our guests."
"So you know him?"
"Maybe."
"Who is he?"
"It doesn't matter Christine. What you should endeavor to remember is that you should avoid that man. I can assure you that you won't be running into him often but it's your life mission to stay away from him."
