Some Days After.
"Are you ready?" Asanel, the ever cheerful teenager ask excitedly as she poke her head into the room.
"Yes." Daisy answer lowly as she slowly turn her head towards the door. Asanel gesture to her to come along and she nods. she sigh as she gets off the bed and straighten her black box pleated skirt which she is clad in. Her black skirt went along with her yellow wing necked polo and black modern wedge shoes. She look simple, yet elegant! She exhale again before making for the door. Her wedge gave her the satisfaction she want with the crispy sound it gave on the stair. On making her way to the living room, she stop abruptly on getting eye locked with an unfamiliar person. caramel eyes, dark curly hair, handsomely tall with beautiful complexion. She quickly avert her gaze when her senses clicked that the man before her is probably Asanel's dad, owing to the similarities.
"Dad, this is Daisy." Asanel excited voice pave way into her thoughts leaving Ellen smiling and at the same time confirming her thoughts. She's been staying with the family for a few days now but is just meeting the head of the family.
"I see." The man momentarily mutter leaving Daisy unsettle. He takes few step towards her and without much thought, stretch out his hand for an handshake.
"Endymion Braun." He add as he gives her a light handshake. Asanel chuckle slightly, shaking her head.
"Oh dad, stop being formal." She mutter and her dad smile exposing the beautiful dimple on his cheek.
"Yes ma'am." He mutter to Anel in stone of mockery, bowing slightly.
"I heard you have been named Daisy. Well, I must say its a nice name. I'm so sorry for getting you into an accident and I'm also sorry to say that you're far from home, I mean the place you got involved in an accident. Please do feel comfortable living with us. It will be a pleasure to add another family member. Lastly, I'm sorry I wasn't there when you regained consciousness. Duty called in the office." He mutter in one breath leaving Daisy mesmerized.
She look on not knowing how to respond to the unusual friendliness. Her gaze meets with Ellen who give her a friendly smile.
"Its fine." She whisper suddenly feeling shy at the gaze from the family.
"I heard you are going shopping. You obviously need it since you are joining our family. I will see you around then." He says with his eyes on his phone. Daisy give a slow nod and he pass her a smile before walking away, to the stairs. Her eyes watch him leave with a huge smile which unknowingly crawl up her cheeks. Ellen watch her with a smile, nodding her head.
"So, lets go." Asanel breaks the silence as she link her hand with Daisy's. She starts waking towards the door blabbing exciting words to her. Once outside, Daisy breathes out an air of refreshment. She wonders the last time she saw daylight. Asanel who watches her action giggle slightly as she points to a black car. Daisy lack knowledge in cars but she definitely knows that this is an expensive one! Out of nowhere, a chauffeur quickly open the door and Asanel step in. Daisy mouth threw open but quickly closed it and get into the car. She watch horrified as the chauffeur drove the car out of the luxurious building. As the car hit the highway, Daisy watch the environment with a smile. She was so lost in the beauty of the town that she didn't know when the car stop in front of the mall.
"We're here." Anel breath out and take a glance at Daisy.
"I see." Daisy mutter and proceed to climbing down the car with Anel. Abel holds her hand and leads her into the magnificent mall. "Wow!" Daisy gasp at the exterior of the mall. Her gaze flicker around for a moment and she giggle in excitement.
"Which section should we go first Daisy?" Asanel ask with a huge smile on her face.
"Wherever you want." She replied and the young girl couldn't be more glad.

Ellen walk up the stairs holding gently the tray in her hands. She succeeded in climbing off the last fleet of stairs and walk into a corner. She stop in front of a mahogany door and knock briskly but gently.
"Come in." Endymions's voice came from inside. Ellen smiled and twisted the knob on the door which have way to opening. She walk inside and place the tray on the mahogany desk her son is working on.
"I brought you lunch." Ellen retorted before settling down on a chair. This is her son's home office. Endy is the only child she has and she had watched him work hard for himself at a tender age. His wealth is not from any inheritance or so, he worked to get where he is today. He had made her proud and she couldn't be more glad.
"Thanks sweet mum." He opens the meal and smile at the delicacies. He didn't waste any time to start eating. "Mum, what do you think I should do with Daisy? I'd I've loved to check out her background and find out who she is but…. Well, I think I've explained to you how I met her. I believe she was being chased that night." Endy mutter as he takes a spoon of his meal.
"Just let her be. She's a sweet girl, you just haven't spent time with her. She's been openhearted since she's recovered from the accident. I love her company. Don't worry her too much by checking her background, you know she's got amnesia?" Ellen reminded him and he nods.
"Whatever you say mum. So, how has my daughter been? Hope she's not been much of a trouble?" He ask between muthfuls.
"Not really. She's been behaving more mature probably because of Daisy. Give her a break, she's still a kid but then you got to have time for her. She's been complaining of your negligence towards her a a father and I think I've had enough of it. You need to create time for your daughter. It can't be work all the time." Ellen explain.
"I know mum. Its just that business has been really hectic and all but I'm going to take a break soon, that I promise you. I will be home for like two weeks just seeing to her needs alone. How I've you been yourself?" Endy ask and gulps down water from a glass.
"I've been doing fine, thanks to you. How is Keisha?" Ellen ask. Keisha is ndy's fiancee.
"She's fine. She will be back from her modelling trip tomorrow and will probably be here the next." He replied.
"Very well then. Eat up, I will send May over to clear the plates. I need to take a nap." Ellen mutter with a yawn.
"Okay mum." Endy said with a smile as Ellen walk out of his office.

Hey guys! I'm so sorry for the late update. I've been kinda down. First, I applied for a contract and it was rejected. Secondly, I have been down with writers block which I have just finished fighting off. I also got some issues with my academics but I'm glad its sorted now.
I'm back now and I assure you fast posting at least every two days! I will ensure to keep to my promise of posting regularly now.
