The Blood moon bleeds when the clock strikes 10, Choosing it's own future with a birth again. Vampires, Witches, a Mate and friends Our chosen brings us together again. Their enemies will show through her sight and in the moon they all will fight. A power will unlock, her eyes will glow, and in the tale the saying will go Tha Enothoume (We will unite) Her change will come when the time is right Her past will show, and she will fall Her passion will burn and she'll kill them all Through the tears and betrayal, her soul will survive As she awakens they will run and hide For she is chosen, they all will see The wrath of our realm's destiny SEBASTIAN "Moira, are you ready? We're running low on time, and I don't want to keep them waiting." I knock on the door to our bathroom, as she said she was taking a "quick" shower, although us men know quick means quite the opposite when dealing with our complicated women. "Yes babe, finishing up my lipstick and I'll be right out." She replied, she has always been the type to not want to go anywhere not looking her best, and I love that about her. My Queen, she never ceases to amaze me, even with all she's been through her head holds high. We leave our castle and make our way to our car where our driver is waiting, and travel to our one hour destination, to the BlackStar Pack. I like the idea of the new pack name, I would want to make new memories as well. At least he kept it as original as the previous name, Blackstorm. Collin and Anna's deaths were brutal, and no one to this day has found their newborn son, I'd like to spill everything to Daxton, I feel I owe it to him. Maybe then, he can help us out. We pull up to the gates of Blackstar, their security more of a toll booth type where you pay for parking, although there is one on each side of the roadway with multiple guards. As we drive down the stone path to the big white 2 story house, everything is still exactly as I remember. Collin always pictured one of those perfectly decorated houses that had the white picket fences, and he wanted to make that come through for Anna, she always wanted the perfect family house where they could still be in the same vicinty of their pack, so they put both idead together and came up with what it still is today. Moira and I haven't been back here since the day of their funeral, before the remaining members packed up and left to the north. Collin's former beta, Allen, promised to take care of Daxton, and I have a niche that it was more to try and gain power, he knew Daxton is an Alpha and wanted to ride his coat tail. He always seemed to be jealous of Collin and his power, along with the love he had with Anna. Allen never found a mate, and from my point of view, he didn't deserve one, that guy was a bitter man. He was too focused on Collin's back while he was looking forward, secretly jealous of his life. We could see it, though Collin couldn't. I had always warned him about that guy, and he didn't seem very stable to me. Collin would always brush it off and say they've grown up together and that Allen was like a brother to him, and would always have his back. I didn't feel very confident in that, but I always dropped the subject none the less. Moira and I get out of the car, to find Axel greeting us at the door. He subtly bowed. "Welcome, your majesties, Alpha Daxton is preparing for you in his office as we speak." "Let's skip the formalities, shall we?" Moira had spoken up to say. "We are just regular people, only we just hold a title. Unless we're in a professional space, lets just be cordial on the names." Moira finished in all her sweet and to the point nature. My wife sure knows how to take charge, and turn me on all at the same time. Axel walks ahead of us, and looks back to make sure we're following. We walk up the stairwell to the next floor, the same office I remember coming to frequently to meet with Collin. Axel goes in first and we follow in suit. The office still looks the same, except I can see Daxton decided to replace his father's old beat up desk. That man always refused to buy a new one, he would rather rebuild it each time he split it in half when his testosterone would rage, I couldn't help but laugh at the memory. "Hello, King Sebastian, Queen Moira. Thank you for agreeing to meet here, as I'm sure we could gain a little more privacy." He gives us a swift bow, and asks us to take a seat in the 2 chairs at the forefront as he sits in his on the other side of the desk. "I know this is sudden considering we just met yesterday, but I have some things I need to discuss with you. We both have an issue to solve, and I was hoping you could help us out and vice versa. How do you feel about that?" I ask him, thinking we could just get it all out on the table first and foremost. "I'm always willing to help where I can, your majesty, but what is this about?" He questions, and I'm debating where I should start. "I don't know how you will take this, but I'd like to talk about your mother and father." His face immediately sinks, and I wonder if this was the right time to do this. I go forward with it anyway as he's still listening. "You may not remember, but Daxton, your father was my best friend." I reveal to him, and he looks taken aback by the revelation I had just made. DAXTON "If I may be so blunt, my king, Did I hear that right? You, my dad's best friend? but I thought that was Allen?" I look at him questioningly, but I don't think he would say this if it weren't true. I wait for him to continue "Daxton, your mother was also my right hand. I lost her after I lost someone just as special to me." Moira adds. I'm not sure how I feel at this point, but I stay silent, encouraging them to go on. "Let me put it this way, Allen wasn't as close to your father as you may think, son. I think your father may have had an idea, but he would always push it to the side, not wanting to believe anything negative as him and your father grew up together, and Collin looked at him as a brother. I let it go, that is, until the day your mother and father died." Sebastian says, and I still feel lost. "What are you getting at, your majesty?" I'm starting to get a little irritated now, as Allen has been the one there for me since I lost my family. He has had my back through everything, and he did this all out of the kindness of his heart, and his love for my father and mother, brother and me. "You don't have to call me that son, you were like a nephew to me. Family don't need titles when in the presence of eachother, unless at a formal event. And even then it is not the same as any commoner in the packs would have to abide by." He doesn't seem to like my formal addressing of him and his wife, like it bothers him inside, but I've always been the type to keep it strictly professional. At least until I know I have nothing or no one to worry about. "I'm sorry, I know you're telling me these things, but I like to offer some semblance of respect. It's how I was raised." I tell him, and he laughs dejectedly. "Your father was a great man, and I can never take that away from you, or him." He says, I don't want him to coddle my feelings, I just want him to get to the point. "As I had said before, I know you say my father was your best friend, but besides that, where is this going?" I ask, I do want to know more, but what he had said about Allen made my bones stiffen, He's been giving me a different version of him since we've been back in Crownsmere. "Daxton, I'm just going to come right out and say it. I think Allen had something to do with the day your mother and father perished." My mouth drops to the floor, and Axel's eyes widen as he looks to me. Never had I expected him to say anything to that degree. Allen wouldn't do anything like that, would he?
