“What do you mean that you can see him?” Seraphina uttered out, not understanding what had just happened.
She had just recieved the greatest shock in the world and she had no idea how to even percieve it.
Elias gave her a look that resembled pity and Seraphina was certain that it was because of the expression that was probably there on her face at the moment.
“The High Flame of this kingdom is our anchor in this realm and even though you are acting in his stead, our threads are still tied to him. We are his protectors. It took us a while but we were finally able to maintain that connection for long enough to be able to see him.”
And that was when Seraphina could only think of one thing to ask, “can you show me?”
And at the moment, their last meeting was revolving through her head…
