Dana's heart felt like it had been slashed open as she saw Tim fall to the ground. Her instincts took over, and she barely succeeded in reaching him in time to crush the heart of the rogue that dared injure her mate. The fight was vicious, and despite their group's superior strength and skill, they were overwhelmed by the sheer number of rogues. For each team member, there were at least ten to fifteen rogues, and they kept on coming.
