Markus made his way towards the pack house with Kaia still over his shoulder. Kaia was a tumultuous mix of embarrassment, annoyance, anger, and...maybe a bit of arousal. She couldn't deny that his bold move shocked her to the core. But she was still upset with him about the entire marking fiasco.
