MARTIN'S POV
Helga was very excited to take Lacey to a clothing store. It didn't take long for the two of them to get excited about shopping. Carl and I accompanied them. We entered one of the stores.
"Does Helga always get excited like this?", I asked, following right behind them. Not a minute had passed, and a saleswoman was already serving them.
"Give her a break, Martin; it's been a while since she's been in town. Lacey too, apparently, and between you and me, women love to shop for clothes," he said. I had to agree. "We're going clothes shopping too, so it's okay," he said. I wasn't sure about that, but I would try.
