“How are you feeling Lu? You sure you can stay till we close for the day?” Maddie asked Laura with utmost concern.
Laura chuckled a bit to herself before replying “I’m okay Madds. I just have to put all this in order before Mrs. Georgia comes to pick them up.”
“You know I would have helped if I knew half of what you knew in baking and cooking in general.” Maddie offered with a warm smile.
