Aurelia
My gaze slipped past her arm and down to her legs, she was covered in black mud from head to toe, but what I didn't understand was why she was here, the council banished her.
Mariana wiped the mud on her face on to the carpet. She grabbed a cloth from the closet
to wipe out the remaining while I stood watching.
Satisfied with her face she turned to me fully.
"We need to get you out of here". She said.
"You sneak into my room in the middle of the night, then you use my cloth to wipe your muddy face and then you tell me you need to get me out of here". I glared at her. "What makes you think I'd trust a banished witch?".
"Ouch". She faked being hurt. "They really wiped out your memory didn't they?"
"What are you talking about?". I asked.
"Your father......"
"Well well, well. If it isn't Mariam Maxwell". The door opened and a guy appeared.
Mariana gasped and quickly held out her wand, while I mentally prepared myself to remember all the defense spell I knew. I was a demon, so I didn't need any wand.
"What are you doing here". Mariana asked. Moving her wand higher.
"Well Moriane, I don't owe you answer".
Mariana glared at him. He turned his eyes to me. "Come with me, I have no time for explanations".
I remembered him immediately, he was the guy Livia dragged in.
I scoffed. "If you both think I'm going to come with you then think again, I'm not leaving this room, I might hate this place, but I'm not leaving".
"Well, that just about changes everything. I've been ordered to get you. So you either agree or I force you to". He said.
"She's coming with me". Mariana voiced out. "And I'll do it either way".
"Stay out of this Moreen". The guy said.
"I've told you, my name is Mariana, stop calling me names".
"I could shout and alert the council, I could use my powers against you, but I chose not to result to violence, but I will. If you both don't get out of my room this instant". I barked out.
Both of them looked at me like I've suddenly grown two heads.
"I'd advice you to do neither of what you just said. And I, by the way. Is going to result to violence if you don't come with me".
"Okay then, let's go with violence". Mariana muttered.
She was about to mutter a spell but the weird guy was faster. He lunged at her, grabbing her hands and turning them behind her. I was fascinated. I didn't even see him move.
„triourile se adună, du-le la mine acasă”.
"What, no wait". I shouted as I heard him mutter a spell in Roman language. But I was to late. The floor opened up and swallowed the three of us.

Mariana Maxwell
He appeared, the man that hunted my dreams. He appeared in the dim light standing near the door and staring at me. Octavian Hortensia.
He looked the same as one year ago. But this time. His jet black hair had grown out. His forest green eyes held amusement and at the same time mischief.
And what the hell was he doing here. I was on a mission to get the demon, the coven ordered me to. And now, this Duffus was here to ruin it. What did he want with her anyway. I thought demons and warlocks were enemies.
He always called me all sorts of names that start with an M to piss me off. And it worked.
I didn't expect him to lunch at me and twist my arms in an awkward way before muttering a spell. I could have reversed it but I had no idea what he said. And that was one of the reasons I hated him. He was always saying spells in Roman. The floor opened right before us and swallowed us whole.
Darkness, as thick as fog was all I saw for close to ten seconds before the light appeared.
I fell to the floor appearing in a new room. Octavian fell next to me muttering curses in Roman.
I attempted to stand up before he could but he saw my move and stood immediately turning my hands behind me again.
For f***s sake why didn't I learn to fight.
I groaned in distress. My arms were aching. He pushed me back till my back rested on a wall. I didn't know how he did it but he moved my hands swiftly changing the direction to above my head.
I looked at the fool. He was smiling, clearly enjoying my discomfort.
"Never thought I'd see you like this". He muttered leaning closer until his breath was fanning my face.
"Never expected myself this way, so if you don't mind would you let me go".
"No". He smirked. "Why don't you try to let yourself out".
My eyes roamed around the room. It was an empty room with only a chair and a rope. And Athena was nowhere to be seen.
"Where's Athena?". I asked
"She's somewhere she needs to be" he answered. "Do you remember your last words to me a year ago".
Last words?. "No I don't." I answered.
"Allow me to refresh your memory". He leaned even closer. "You said if you ever laid eyes on me again you'd let me do whatever I want with you".
My heart skipped a beat. "I said that out of anger". He leaned even closer until our nose touched. For a moment I let myself think about what he'd want to do. I couldn't fight him back if I wanted to. My wand fell when he grabbed me.
"What do you think I want to do to you". He asked.
It was getting to hard to breathe with his body so close to me. I could feel his ripped muscles on my body.
"I don't know" I answered. "You'd probably want to kill me".
"Oh, I'd do more than that".
Was the only warning I got before his lips met mine. My eyes went wide.

Octavian
Christ! She was beautiful. She looked the same. Her Red heavy curly locks of hair scattered through her face and went way down below her waist. She looked like an untamed lioness with a lion hair. She had freckles at the top of her cheeks and I could have sworn she would have on her boobs. Mariana had always been a temptress. Her hazel eyes always scrutinizing people. As I held her hands up. I stared at her lips. The heart shaped lips that always sends me into a frenzy. I've imagined what it would feel like to kiss her. Even after a year I still yearned to kiss those delicious looking lips and I wasn't going to wait a day more to do it.
I knew I could get into a lot of trouble if Hadrianus found out I brought her with me. I could have left her if I wanted to, but like I said. I wasn't going to wait a year more.
As I laid my lips on hers she sealed her mouth shut. She felt just like I imagined. Soft and warm.
I bit her lips and she gasped.
****************
Mariana.
I gasped and he used the opportunity to slid his tongue past my lips. It was no gentle kiss, but one that stakes a claim. He explored every inch of my mouth like he was wanting. Stroking the roof of my mouth and grazing my teeth. Before returning to suck my tongue into his mouth.
While my mind screamed in protest, my blood rushed like fire through my veins, spreading desire and heat. My n*****s tightened stabbing against the hardness of his chest.
He let me go and I stumbled to the floor. I lifted a trembling hand to my mouth and stared at him in horror.
Goodness gracious. I was almost about to respond to the kiss. I even enjoyed it. This was bad, this wasn't good. It was forbidden.

Octavian
Her lips tasted like ripe berries, she smelled like linen dried in the sun. Even when the kiss ended the sweet shock of it still resounded in my head. Primal urges echoed back. My mind screamed more, i wanted more. I knew all this feeling all to well, the sudden tightness of my groin, the rapid beat of my pulse, the longing taste of her on my tongue. Lust.
But as i stared at her on the floor, i regretted it. She looked terrified. Like she had just experienced a terrible thing.
"Go back home, tell your coven you didn't meet Athen". I brought out her wand from my pocket. "Here's your wand".
She collected it with trembling hands. I was feeling so guilty.
"I'll be going now". I muttered words in Roman and disappeared.

Hadrianus Hortensia
I put down the glass cup. She doesn't remember anything. It angered me to the core. I never wanted her to leave. I was against , but the council sounded so confusing. They promised she would return. They promised to take care of her. They promised to help her have control over her powers.
But all they did was rid her of her memories. The memories she spent all of her life making.
She was mine, she always was. Even when she denied it. Even when she fought with me claiming she hated me. I always knew deep down she wanted me but didn't want to admit it because of me.
Because she was scared of what her crazy father would do to me if he found out.
Thanos, Her demon s***h vampire father was the devil himself and I, was referred as the devils son.
And I try to live up to my name.
The Devils War, the war lasted for six months. The war between me and Thanos. And now he's back. And more powerful. Even being a warlock and vampire wasn't enough to stop an original Demon. I only won the last war because Athena helped me.
I sighed and stood up. And in that moment I heard a thump in the wardrobe.
The sound got louder like something heating the door.
I walked slowly to it and stopped. My hand went to the knob preparing myself for whatever might come out of it.
I twisted the knob and the door pushed open and a girl fell face down to the floor.
She stood up, her back facing me.
She didn't seem to think anyone was behind her. I watched her turn her head sideways, clearly taking in the room.
Then she turned to me. My breath hitched as my gaze slid to her face.
Pure black hair, oval shaped face, pointed nose, red small lips, and her eyes. Her brown eyes with speck of gold. I could never forget those eyes.
She lunged at me, clearly thinking I was a threat. I moved to the left as quickly as she came, she collided with the wall but quickly braced herself and faced me again. This time she didn't attack. I watched her raise her hand up to me, getting ready to say a spell.
"Oh no you don't". I moved forward, grabbing her arm twisting them to her back while she struggled to loosen my grip.
"Let me go, let me go". She shouted.
I wanted to let her go, but I thought twice. She clearly wasn't interested in talking. I turned her back to me still holding her arms.
"Listen, I won't hurt you, calm down".
"Let me go and we can talk".
I smiled. "You're still bad at lying, I'll let you go but promise you won't do something stupid".
"Don't count on it". She muttered.
"I'll take that". I released her hand and took three steps backward.
She turned.
She was staring at me. My Athena was staring at me.
she was here, in this room.
