Hi, Trisha my name is Alice and I am your wolf" the voice told me and my mouth go open in shock. How can I have my wolf as I just turned 17 and in our race we get our wolves when we turn 18 and at the same time we get our mate if they are near us. We can smell our mates and it is not any ordinary scent it is believed to be one of the scent which is more addicting to you. But I am 17 and my wolf is speaking to me, telling me her name which is Alice. But how is it possible? Then again Alice talked to me and said Trisha you are special as we are special and it would be great if I told no one about her. I asked her how is it possible as now of you are here then we will find our mate then he is going to reject us because of curse and then everybody will know about us. Alice speak " hey girl it is impossible for our mate to reject us as we are special and No, don't worry even our mate is not going to recognize us until you turn 18 and change into wolf but if you see your mate then you are going to recognize him ". I asked " Alice how you are so sure about that our mate is not going to reject us because you don't know everyone hates me even my own father, he hates to look at me, gone the loving father" as I was telling her this my cheeks felt wet just then I realized I was crying because of my father.I especially don't mind the abuse of my stepmother and siblings but it is the insignificance of my father that hurts me alot.

Alice assured me that we are special and our mate will sense something special about us. And then she spoke " girl you are not alone now, you have me and I love you and always remember that we are special". I smiled at this thought and thanked her for being here with me then I drifted to sleep but only today it was peaceful and felt that I found a missing piece of my soul.

Next morning at 5 in morning I woke up with a giant smile then I heard footsteps outside my door and then the door flies open and Ashley's personal maid Karin is at door whose main job is to torture me and to make sure that I alone make breakfast , lunch and dinner for everyone without messing anything and if I messup then she is allowed to punish me up to her fill and you can tell she does her job very well as I felt a little pain on my side because yesterday she beat me with a wooden ladle. She shiereked at me loudly, when I am going down to kitchen to make the breakfast or do I need her special treatment for me to get up. I quickly got up and freshen up and changed into my one pair of clothes which is a black washed out jeans and a oversized yellow shirt with holes in it, then I with heavy heart went downstairs and made breakfast for everyone and was waiting for my share as I was very hungry because I didn't eat anything for dinner as well. At 8 in morning Ashley came down with my father coiling her hands in my father’s. Sometime later David and Amelia came down as well they sat at the breakfast table and they start eating breakfast. They were all smiling at each other while enjoying the breakfast. I was not allowed to sit at the table with them but also Iwas not allowed to go into the kitchen, I have to stand by the table all the time tending their needs. I felt my heart breaking again while looking at my father who was laughing at something David has said. I was looking at my father and wondering why my father hates me that much? Am I not his real daughter? Is he even my father? Has he ever loved me? If not than what are those dull memories from my childhood? What about that pure laugh he used to have with me? I have very faint memories of my childhood and in those memories is see two very pure eyes full of love looking at me I can not make the face of the person but I am sure it's my father's. Then why he hates me now?

Just I was submerged in my thought process, Amelia slapped me hard on my face, I looked at her with anger, Alice was very angry in my head in can feel that, I calmed her down by saying that it does not hurt, they don’t mean anything to me. Once we turn 18 we will go from here. We will br on our own but we will be free. She looked at me briefly curiously as why was I angry because before whenever she hit me I never showed my anger then why today? But just moments after she pointed towards her mother and said didn't you heard your madam she was calling your name when you were just caught in your own fantasy land maid girl. I ignored her and addressed my stepmom by excusing as it was wrong of me. Then she told me that today I don't have to make lunch here in the house as Luna Esther has just called for me as she needs me to do some cleaning and cooking in packhouse because Edward is coming home today.
