Jasper's POV I had moved to my bunk in the guards quarters. I'd taken the upper one even though the bottom one was free, because I didn't want my ability to move to be restricted. Now I sat on my bed, back against the wall, one knee up, listening to the sounds of the ranch hands outside approaching the guards quarter. The door opened and the men started filing in.
