After I got settled in I did a spell to help with the healing of the wounds, yet it was not as effective as I had hoped for.
"Why aren't you healing completely?" I heard Raylie asking me with confusion. If I had to tell her the reason why she would not hesitate to kick Rayden's ass.
"I'm too weak! Can you get me a glass of water?" I asked as I laid back in bed. Every movement was filled with excruciating pain.
