The next day I went into michael's office to drop off the apartment keys since the deal was over
"these are my apartment keys and resignation letter i am quitting effective immediately"
"you quit when i say you can" michael said
"michael you ended our contract and i want to leave
"wait" he said and grabbed me he pushed me against the wall "what if i don't want to let you go.
There is an event tonight and I want you to come with me and I will consider letting you go.
He brought out a black unlimited card and handed it over to me "pick out something nice to wear i want you to
look stunning"
"look micheal why don't you go with your fiance?"
"this isn't for pleasure its for business besides if you quit you won't get the severance package or health insurance"he said
"fine but you don't own me, i said and took the card
I walked into one of the closest boutique in that area that the card belong to because it was stated
in the card that the company has multiply store all over the world
i picked out couple of outfit and told the sales rep to show me the fitting room
"madam did you check the price tag,i i think our item might be a little bit out of your price range"
he said mockeryly
"Excuse me ,how do you know what i can and can't afford?"i asked him
"that blouse,clearance rack right those pants the stitching highly scream high end"
He walked up to me "just like i said screaming outlet store" he continued
"Do you treat all your customers like this?, i asked him feeling embarrassed
"hy i treat my customers like royalty if they pay' he responded
"oh then i guess i will have to swipe my unlimited black card somewhere else, i said bringing out the card
"this card is so fake"he mocked "it doesn't even have a name,i am calling the police and you are going to wait in the storage room till they get here" he said and started dragging me
"let me go let me go i am pregnant!"i screamed
"hey get your hands off her"
i turned it was micheal
"And who the hell are you" the rude sales rep said to michael
"You don't know who I am? then you shouldnt be working here"
"Why would I know you? the only people who hang out with poor people are equally poor people"
immediately the manager walked in.
"Miss are you okay" he said to me,"Mr Mahone i got here as soon as i got your message, is everything alright" he said shaking micheal
"You are Micheal Mahone?" the sales rep asked
"Are you stupid" the manager interrupted him right before he could finish his statement"you are such an i***t not to
even recognize his face.
"that's not even the worst thing mr manager, he was bullying and threatening my date” michael said with his hands on my shoulder
"No sir she is a liar she was even pretending to be pregnant" the sales rep tried to be defensive but the manager cut him short
"That's enough, get out before I throw you out myself,come on go go!,i will have to deal with this Mr Mahone" he said "madame, my apologies
please take whatever you want it's on us,it's on the house" the manager said shaked michael and left
"what did you say? are you pregnant? Michael Asked in curiosity
"No i lied i mean he was grabbing me and i just wanted to make him stop,what are you even doing here are you stalking me" i asked him
"No i had theo put a tracker on you,lol i am just kidding" he said when i turned and looked at him surprisely
"i wanted to give this back to you" he said and brought out the key to the apartment i returned earlier."i got the apartment for you Sophie and I want you to have it.
At this point i knew michael was trying to make me stay"thank you michael" i said softly
"you are welcome now, let's pick something nice for you" he said with a beaming smile

Its was 7pm the driver stopped by to pick me up
“Lovely dress I must commend” Theo said “Mr Michael sure have a good taste in women”
I couldn't help but stand and blush “thank you Theo”
I said and elegantly walked to the car he open the door and then we drove off
Getting to Grand Vida de Miami I stepped in like a queen everywhere oz with so much luxury and class
I spotted Michael and I walked up to him
“You look ravishing and beautiful tonight” he teased me
“Thank you Micheal” I responded
“s*x on the beach with extra Matine I made your favorite just the way you like it” Michael said passing a glass of wine over to me
“I am Actually not drinking tonight, thanks” I said and passed the drink back to him
“Since when” he asked out of curiosity
Just as I was about to give that a reply Michaels business partner Linc walked in rudely interrupting
Me and diverting Micheals's attention
“ Hey Micheal he said as he stretched his hands forward to exchange pleasantries, “ always a pleasure I heard your fiance is back in town
Ohh but I guess she didn't really tie you down, Linc added
“Cindy is a little bit busy tonight, I came with Sophia you remember Sophia” Micheal answered
“Of course body like that”,linc said as he reached for my
Hand and he slowly took it close to his lips and peaked it “who could forget”
“Mr Linc I would prefer you didn't talk about my secretary like that” Michael said closely to him
Hearing Micheal say those words made me relax
And comfortable.
Immediately I saw Cindy walking up in our direction, “what Is she doing here” I asked myself, I started feeling vomiting sensation and I immediately excused myself
“Sorry I have to use the restroom” I said with my hands
In my mouth as I left the place we were gathered and headed for the rest room.
I was done in the restroom so I was adjusting my jewelry looking at the restroom mirror
I saw Mr Linc open the door “what are you doing here!?” I yelled “this is the ladies room!”
“I won’t tell if you won’t” he said still coming close
“What do you want?!” I shouted still moving backward
“Just 10 mins of your time” he said “you need money and
I am happy to pay for your services”
“I am not a p********e!
His eye widened “Really because Michael said he doesn't mind sharing you” he started dragging me
“Let go of me” I yelled “ hey”
But he struggled and covered my mouth “shhhhhh, you don't want to make a scene, you don't want Micheal to think his defiant toy is doing so bad do You? It will be quick I promise” he said, still trying to reach for my panties.
But I smartly pushed back and hit him in between his legs with my leggo shoes. He screamed and fell down.I ran out of the rest room immediately only to bump into Micheal on my way out.
“Sophie what happened?” He said holding me as he saw the way I was panting
“How dare you” I said, hitting his chest “ you told him you can share me like I am some toy you can pass around?”
He tried to speak but I stopped him with a slap
“I am done with your lies, I am done with you so please keep your severance, keep your apartment and leave me the fvck alone! ” I said and pushed him out of my way
“Sophie! Sophie” he screamed and tried to stop me
But I never stopped
I saw Cindy by the Corner laughing out her ass I felt so ashamed and embarrassed, I ran in tears about to leave the restaurant when Theo stopped me
“Calm down Sophie you must have misunderstood everything” Theo said
“Get off my way” I screamed at him
“The only way I am going to let you leave is if I am tired and I want to lose my job” he said.
