THEODORE COHEN "Can you do something for me before you go?" Winter asked quietly. She peered down at her hands, avoiding eye contact. "Of course. What is it?" I acknowledged, eager to do everything for her at that moment. Without saying anything, Winter slowly tugged away some of her hair, causing me to see the exposed view of her neck. "Feed," She ordered lightly. Her eyes found mine, they were pleading. I just stared at the value before me. My mouth opened but nothing came out "Please." She went on. "Winter, I can't feed on your neck" I retorted "Not after everything you have been through-" "Please, just do it." I didn't fail to notice the slight tears which sparkled in her eyes, and my heart broke. I cupped her cheek in my hand as Winter closed her eyes. She let out a quiet sigh. M
