(Carlos) The sound of heels clicking against the floor made me look up from my phone screen. It was Dana Brighton making her way to the couch where I was seated. I didn't bother standing up to greet her as I saw no reason why. She wasn't a business partner, neither was she my type. I studied her for a few seconds as she made her way to me. She was putting on a white long-sleeved shirt which was tucked into a blue jeans trouser that hugged her slender figure. Her feet were adorned with black heels that made some noise anytime they came in contact with the floor. She had on a D-shaped pendant necklace which I guessed was a symbol for her name.
