“The press has already carried the news of your engagement. Didn't you say you were going to talk to her first? How did this happen?” Leo asked.
I sighed deeply as I rubbed my head in frustration.
“I spoke to her today,”
“You did? When?” Leo asked as he took back his phone.
“She came by the office and suggested that we announce the engagement at the charity gala but I refused. I didn't want that kind of publicity especially since I didn't want the marriage in the first place. This just proves that she wants to cause problems for me,”
“This is bad. Everyone now knows about the marriage. You have to be more careful now,” Leo sighed as he collapsed onto the couch.
