I walked into the elevator feeling a little light in my heart. The heaviness I woke up with had left and I was actually looking forward to the end of the day. Leo had mentioned that he wanted to take me to his house which means things were back to the way there were.
Maybe I'll finally ask him what all the weirdness was about but first, I have to finish up some work and avoid getting into trouble with Carlos.
The elevator dinged and I walked out and headed for my office. I knew that Carlos hadn't come in yet so I settled into my office and started preparing for the meeting of the day.
Suddenly, a thought popped into my head. Carlos had told me that I was to get him coffee every morning. I looked at the time to see it was almost 8am, meaning he was going to be here soon.
