Xander's directness was something I had to get used to when I first started to live with him. He didn't know how to play games or be subtle when he wanted to know something. One time we were watching the news and Dominic came on screen. We were barely two months in then, so I wasn't sure how to relate to him then.
“Isn't that your ex-husband?“ He asked bluntly while I sat frozen in my seat. “Lord knows whatever you saw in him. There were many instances where he had proved that he's above playing games to get what he wants."
I guess it's because he's used to being the most important person in the room. I've had the way he speaks to his workers. He always made it clear that if they can't do the job they're supposed to do, they're always welcome to leave.
