That text showed me that they were getting ready to go head to head with me. I laughed, they clearly don't know that I was a step ahead of them.
I know I couldn't push back this meeting, so I suffered through it. It was actually a very fruitful meeting, but the uncertainty of what lay ahead overshadowed any feeling I would have gotten about a successful investment in my company.
