A few years later…
She was surprised when Rosewood high principal requested her to attend the school and give an inspiring speech about success and her life.
She thought, “why the hell not.”
She said to Damien about this, he encouraged her furthermore to do it. She booked a flight to Rosewood and a flight back from Rosewood to New York because she wasn’t expecting to stay there.
She flew to Rosewood early in the morning and took a hotel room. She got ready in her tux and went to the cemetery before going to school. On her way to the cemetery, she got a white rose and a pink rose. She went to her mom’s gravestone and placed the white rose. She updated her about her life and then she went to Damien’s mom’s grave and placed the pink rose, she updated her about their life together.
