The detectives dropped her off at the penthouse.

The detectives and he had a conversation for a while and they left.
As soon as Aria entered the penthouse, she went to her room and locked the door.
After the conversation, Scott went to her room and stood beside the door for a while. He wanted to talk to her and ask what’s wrong but he was afraid that he would be met with hatred like before.
