After leaving the courthouse, Penelope noticed Howard and Erica walking toward her, a shadow crossing her face.
Erica, spotting Tyron, was surprised. "Tyron?"
She quickly turned to Penelope, her face full of scorn. "Wow, you really climbed the ladder, huh? Don't tell me you're here to marry my brother!"
Penelope forced a smile. "Of course not."
Erica chuckled. She knew nobody would ever have feelings for someone like Penelope. Then, she wrapped her arm around Howard's, proudly announcing, "Well, funny enough, Howard and I are registering for our marriage today."
Originally, the Byle family had planned to hold a wedding banquet first and register after Erica got pregnant, but Sandy was afraid Erica might run away, so they started rushing the process.
