Jane POV
"What?" I gave a brief laugh. "That sounds insane, Jake. I doubt it."
"Nasir saw him with your ex yesterday," he replied.
I was going to ask which one but decided against it. I recalled at the hospital when he said he knew my track record. I didn't want that type of conversation, so instead, I said,
"Oh."
He watched me with a raised brow as if demanding more. I didn't know what to say. I didn't even quite understand what was going on.
"I know you're dying to know which one, Janet. Since you're too shy to ask, I'll tell you. It's the omega. Our friend over there was with him yesterday!"
The omega. That would be...
"Who? Danny?"
