I could not think or concentrate on work or do anything. After tonight, Jane would not shift till the next full moon. In two days, she would return to Tauranga to wait for me to go bring her to our home. Not to mention, this was her first run in these woods in this town where Goddess brought us together.
So I could not stay away, even though I knew well the effects of being near her after dusk.
I considered hiding, shielding myself from the three, especially because of Aya, the tight a$s. I considered following my mate unnoticed while hoping to catch her alone, even if for only one minute.
