Part 1: Arrival - Overwater Villa*
The private jet landed at sunrise.
Rayan held Inaya’s hand as they stepped out.
"Welcome to paradise, Mrs. Khan," he said.
The villa was on stilts. Glass floor, so you could see fish swimming below. Private pool that merged into the ocean. Big king bed with white curtains.
Inaya dropped her bag. "Rayan... it’s beautiful."
Rayan came behind her and hugged her. "Wait till you see the rest."
He pointed to the bedroom. On the bed were 3 boxes.
"Open them," Rayan said.
Inaya opened the first. A white flowy beach dress. Thin straps, backless.
Second: A navy blue one-piece swimsuit with gold trim. Classy but cute.
Third: A golden silk night dress.
"For each day," Rayan said. "Wear them for me?"
Inaya blushed. "You planned everything."
"I planned you," Rayan whispered.
#### *Part 2: Day 1 - Private Pool & First Swim*
By afternoon, the sun was perfect.
Inaya changed in the bathroom. Navy blue one-piece. Hair in a bun.
She stepped out to the deck.
Rayan was already in the pool. Black swim trunks. Water dripping down his chest.
He looked up and stopped swimming.
"Come here," he said, voice low.
Inaya dipped her toes in. "Cold?"
"Come find out," Rayan smiled.
She jumped in.
Rayan caught her instantly. Spun her around in the water.
"Rayan!" Inaya laughed, splashing him. "I can swim you know."
"I know," Rayan said, pulling her closer. "I just like holding you."
They swam for an hour. Racing. Playing. Rayan dunked her once and she came up sputtering and hit his arm.
That night they ate dinner on the deck. Just them. Candlelight.
Rayan kept feeding her strawberries.
"No meeting," Inaya said, leaning on his shoulder. "Only you."
"Only you," Rayan repeated and kissed her hair.
#### *Part 3: Day 2 - Jacuzzi & Bonfire*
*Morning:* Rain.
They stayed in bed, talking. Rayan told her stupid office stories. Inaya threw a pillow at him.
*Evening:* The rain stopped.
"Jacuzzi," Rayan said, pulling her outside.
The jacuzzi was on the deck, overlooking the ocean. Steam rising.
Inaya was wearing the white backless beach dress. She slipped it off to reveal the navy swimsuit underneath.
Rayan was watching her.
"Don’t look," Inaya said, shy.
"I’m your husband," Rayan said. "I’m allowed."
They got in. The water was warm.
Rayan sat behind her, arms around her waist. Inaya leaned back on his chest.
Stars came out.
"Talk to me," Rayan whispered.
"About what?" Inaya asked.
"About anything. About us. About 50 years from now."
They talked till midnight.
Later, bonfire on the private beach.
Rayan roasted marshmallows and fed one to Inaya.
"You taste better," he said.
Inaya laughed. "Cheesy."
#### *Part 4: Day 3 - Snorkeling & The Promise*
*Morning:* Snorkeling.
Inaya wore the navy swimsuit again with a white cover-up. Rayan in swim trunks and a rash guard.
Underwater, Rayan held her hand the whole time. Pointed at fish. Turtles.
When they came up, Inaya was out of breath. "That was amazing."
Rayan pushed her wet hair back. "You’re amazing."
*Night:* They lay on the sand.
Rayan was drawing on her palm with his finger.
"Inaya," he said. "These 15 days... I don’t want them to end."
"They won’t," Inaya said. "We’ll have more."
Rayan turned to her. "Promise me something."
"What?"
"Promise that no matter how busy I get, you’ll remind me to come home to you."
Inaya smiled and kissed his cheek. "Promise. And you remind me too."
Rayan pulled her close. "Deal."

Day 4 - The Ignored Call*
Inaya was in the golden silk night dress, reading on the bed.
Rayan’s phone buzzed. Urgent. Board meeting.
He looked at the phone. Then at Inaya.
He picked it up and turned it OFF.
"Rayan?" Inaya asked.
"Nothing’s more urgent than this," Rayan said, lying down and pulling her into his arms. "You’re more important."
Inaya melted. "What did I do to deserve you?"
"Loved me back," Rayan said simply.
They spent the whole day in the villa. Cooking together. Burning pasta. Eating ice cream from the tub.
#### *Part 2: Day 5 - Last Night in Maldives*
*Afternoon:* Inaya wore the white backless dress. They walked on the sand.
Rayan picked her up and carried her into the shallow water.
"Put me down!" Inaya squealed, laughing.
"Never," Rayan said, but he did. And then splashed her.
*Night:* Last bonfire.
Rayan was quiet.
"What’s wrong?" Inaya asked.
"Just thinking," Rayan said. "That I was so lonely before you. And now... I don’t know how I lived without you."
Inaya took his hand. "You don’t have to. I’m here."
Rayan looked at her. "Marry me again?"
Inaya laughed. "We’re already married."
"Marry me every day," Rayan said. "Say yes again."
Inaya cupped his face. "Yes. Again. And again."
Rayan kissed her. Soft. Under the stars.
The next morning, they packed.
As the seaplane took off, Inaya looked back at the villa.
"Best 5 days of my life," she said.
Rayan squeezed her hand. "We have 10 more. Dubai next."
---
#### *Part 1: Day 6 - Burj Khalifa & The Dress*
They landed in Dubai at noon.
The driver opened the door of the black SUV.
"Mr. Khan, Mrs. Khan," he said. "Hotel Burj Al Arab."
Inaya looked at Rayan. "Burj Al Arab?"
Rayan just smiled and held her hand.
The suite was insane. Gold. Marble. View of the whole Dubai skyline.
On the bed were 2 more boxes.
Inaya opened them.
*Box 1:* Emerald green evening gown. Floor length, one-shoulder, slit on the side. Elegant but sexy.
*Box 2:* Cream silk dress for daytime. Flowy, with small buttons.
"Wear the green one tonight," Rayan said. He was already in a black tux. No tie. Top button open.
"Where are we going?" Inaya asked, slipping into the gown.
"124th floor," Rayan said. "Private dinner."
Inaya did her hair in soft waves. Diamond earrings. The emerald gown hugged her waist perfectly.
When she walked out, Rayan froze.
"Ya Allah," he breathed. "You’re going to be the death of me."
Inaya blushed. "Too much?"
"Not enough," Rayan said. He came to her and adjusted the strap on her shoulder. His fingers lingered. "Perfect."
#### *Part 2: Burj Khalifa - Dinner in the Sky*
Private table. Floor to ceiling windows. The whole city below them like stars.
Rayan pulled out her chair.
The waiter poured wine.
Rayan stood up behind Inaya and wrapped his arms around her waist. His chin on her shoulder.
"Look," he murmured. "All this. And I’d trade it for one night cooking with you in our kitchen."
Inaya turned in his arms. "That’s the cheesiest thing you’ve ever said."
"Is it true though?" Rayan asked, serious.
Inaya smiled and nodded. "Yes."
Rayan kissed her forehead. "Good."
After dinner, they stood on the observation deck. Wind in Inaya’s hair.
Rayan spun her around. "Dance with me."
"There’s no music," Inaya laughed.
"I’m humming," Rayan said, and he did. Low. Off-key.
He held her close and swayed. People watched but Rayan didn’t care.
"You’re my favorite view," Rayan whispered.
"Mine too," Inaya whispered back.
#### *Part 3: Night Drive*
On the way back, Rayan didn’t let go of her hand.
At a red light, he brought her hand to his lips and kissed her knuckles.
"5 more days in Dubai?" Inaya asked.
"10," Rayan said. "I booked us more time."
Inaya smiled. "Possessive."
"Only about you," Rayan said.
--
#### *Part 1: Day 7 Morning - Dubai Mall*
Inaya wore the cream silk dress. Hair in a ponytail. Sunglasses.
Rayan in white shirt and black pants. CEO look.
"Shopping?" Inaya asked.
"For you," Rayan said.
First stop: Jewelry store.
The man brought out a diamond necklace. Long, delicate.
Rayan picked it up. "Turn around."
Inaya turned. Rayan fastened it himself. His fingers brushed her neck.
"For my queen," Rayan said.
Inaya looked in the mirror. "Rayan it’s too expensive—"
"You’re worth more," Rayan cut her off. "Buy it."
Next: Dresses. Shoes. Bags.
Rayan didn’t ask prices. He just said "Pack it" to everything Inaya touched.
At the end, Inaya had 5 shopping bags.
"You’re crazy," Inaya said, leaning on his arm.
"For you," Rayan said.
#### *Part 2: Day 7 Evening - Desert Safari*
4x4 jeep. Private camp in the dunes.
Inaya changed in the tent. Golden orange dress. Flowy, with embroidery. Bangles.
Rayan in black kurta and jeans.
Camel ride. Inaya was scared. Rayan sat behind her and held her waist.
"I’ve got you," he said.
Sandboarding. Rayan fell on purpose to make her laugh.
Then: Dinner under the stars. Low table. Lanterns.
A man came with an oud and started playing.
Rayan stood up and held out his hand to Inaya.
"Dance?"
"Here?" Inaya asked.
"Here," Rayan said.
No music except the oud. Rayan pulled her close and they danced on the sand.
Barefoot.
He spun her. The golden dress flared.
"You’re beautiful," Rayan said.
"You’re mine," Inaya said.
Rayan stopped dancing. Pulled her in and kissed her forehead. "Always."
#### *Part 3: Day 8 - Pool Day & The Talk*
Back at the hotel. Private pool on the suite terrace.
Inaya wore a white one-piece swimsuit with a sheer cover-up.
Rayan in black swim shorts.
They spent the whole day in the pool. Swimming. Floating.
Rayan pulled Inaya to sit on the edge, water up to their waists.
"Can I ask you something?" Rayan said.
"Hmm?"
"Are you happy? With me? With this life?"
Inaya looked at him. Serious. "I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. Because of you."
Rayan exhaled. Like he’d been holding his breath.
He pulled her into the water and hugged her tight.
"Good," he whispered. "Because I’m not letting you go."
That night they packed.
Flight to Switzerland in the morning.
Rayan zipped Inaya’s suitcase. "Ready for snow?"
Inaya smiled. "Ready for you. Anywhere."
