It had been a year since Alden had arrived at the mansion. Alden didn’t really think too much about it. He remembered the date but he didn’t think so would everyone else. He was going to stay for years anyway so he didn’t think it would be a big deal but people thought otherwise. Alden woke up to something warm and ticklish. It took him a few seconds to understand what it was and when he opened his eyes he saw Tyon and Amauri kissing his cheeks. Alden thought this was unusual and felt his body heat up.
“What’s going on?”
Amauri was jumping on the bed happily:
“Mommy! It has been a year!”
Alden of course knew what he was talking about.
“It has! I am so happy to have you guys.
-You have to get up mommy! We planned a big day for you.”
Alden frowned:
“For me?
-Yes! Come!
-But… Why?”
