After the annulment, Ethan became the laughingstock of the entire circle. The Grant family matriarch was so furious she was hospitalized. Company shareholders also put immense pressure on him. But he didn't care about any of it. The first rainstorm of autumn came with unusual fury. At midnight, Spencer got up to close the window. The rain was pounding outside.
