Elliana'S POV I shuffled into the kitchen, rubbing my head and wincing as the light from the sunrise hit my eyes. I opened the cabinet and took out a bottle of pain relief medicine. As I popped two tablets into my mouth, I wondered if the headache was from the lack of sleep or from the anxiety of what had happened the night before. I looked out the kitchen window, and my eyes landed on my neighbor, Henry, working in his garden. He looked happy and content, oblivious to the turmoil that was going on in my mind. I felt a pang of envy, wishing that I could be cheerful as he is. I watched Henry work in his garden, his face calm and peaceful, and I felt a twinge of envy. I wished I could have that sense of peace, but my thoughts were racing, churning with questions and doubts. I didn't know
