Pulling the tubes and cords from his form, Gouch noticed that his hand was wrapped in an Ace-Bandage. He un-wrapped his hand and saw that it was burned to the point where it resembled barbequed rib meat. Feeling tightness around his crown, he touched his head and felt the texture of more Ace-Bandages. Across the room there was a fingerprint stained full body mirror that was broken at the corner. He threw the blankets off of his person and rushed over to it. He couldn’t see himself in it so he spat on it and used his forearm to rub out a clear circle where he could see his reflection.
