I covered my face well, making sure the veil I wore was doing its job properly as I walked into the nearest pharmacy with Grey following me closely behind. He had not asked any questions, he had only followed me as I walked, which was one reason I had not let him go even after the scandal that took place some weeks back.
Before we had succeeded in sneaking out of the house, it was a very serious matter. I had to convince my guards that I was only stepping out to get something I couldn't order.
I even noticed that one of them was still following us from afar, even after we had sneaked out using the back gate which had no cameras.
