Rael’s brows furrowed as he looked down at her, confusion evident on his face. “What do you mean?”
Celeste mirrored his expression. “How do we know when something bad happens?”
“What are you talking about?” Rael asked, shaking his head. “Not to add, what does that have to do with me being lucky to have you?”
Celeste giggle, looking up at him. “I’m sorry, my mind was jumping around. I was just thinking, if you’re not the Alpha of everyone in your Kingdom, how do we know when something bad happens? You won’t be able to sense it the same way.”
A low chuckle rumbled the King’s throat as he looked down at his mate, pressing a kiss to her forehead. “Your mind is already wandering with me? We only finished a moment ago.”
