Chapter 14

Elsa

Alone...

Alone...

That's what I'm feeling right now, sitting here doing nothing makes me feel the loneliness in me.

It's been three days since that incident, I haven't seen Michael. I slept in his room but whenever I open my eyes during the night it was me alone there but can sense his scent as he was so near to me. But the truth is he is so far away from my reach.

With a sigh I got up from the couch and ready to explore this house mainly I want to find the library. Amy had said that the library here was the most beautiful place. As I loved books from childhood and it was my dream to have a library in my house but when I started my life with my aunt as my parents had died in an accident all my dreams started to drain away from me but I continued to read books as Bella will bring for me from her library. It was one of my way to escape from the loneliness...

I spun around the house it's almost one hour gone but still doesn't find it.

Feeling tired I sit in a chair to hold my breath and to take some rest. After few minutes I get up for my adventure yes it's like that climbing the stairs is the same as you are climbing the mountains.

When I was about to suddenly take a step, a voice came from behind me stopped me.

" Who are you and what are you doing here" I turn to see a woman with a very short dress standing there and glaring at me.

"I..I..." I don't know what to tell her. But hey who the hell she thinks to talk to me like that.

"And Who are you to ask," I ask her.

She narrows her eyes.

" I'm the one who asks you," she said.

"And why should I answer your question " I replied by folding my hands towards my chest.

" How dare you talk to me like that. You know who I.. "

" Tina stop it" Amy shouted.

But she didn't stop.

" I will show you bi.."

"She is Mick's mate," Amy said loudly, which was enough for everyone to hear.

And now she stops.

"What...I didn't hear" she said.

" yes, you heard right. She. is.Mick's. Mate." She said stress each word.

"No..no it..it can't...it can't..." she suddenly stopped and stared at me with wide eyes.

" what do you mean it can't, " Amy asks her with narrow eyes.

" Nothing," she said and leave.

Amy was looking at her retreating figure with a frown.

From her look, I can understand she doesn't like her.

" I hate her," she said with venom.

" same here," I said to her.

She turned towards me a smile at me.

" who is she" I ask her.

Her smile faded.

"Um...what are you doing here Elsa " she changed the topic.

"Amy, don't change the topic, who is she," I ask her.

"She is tina, a friend of Mick," she said

"A friend," I ask her.

" Yeah, a friend. now it and come you said you hadn't find library right, I will escort you there " she said and drag me to there.

when we reach near to a big door we stop on our track. she then opens that big door and asks me to get inside. when I entered my mouth wide at the beauty of it. The room is the most beautiful place. The books are arranged so neatly and in an arranged manner.

"so this is the famous library which I told you. Did you like it " she asked.

"Like it? I love this place," I replied to her.

"Nobody entered here, after gem," she said looking at the books.

"Who"

"No one. Get your book and a comfy place and enjoy Elsa, I will be right back after some time ok " she asked me with a smile.

"ok "

with that, she leaves me here in my paradise. I breathe the air inside, the smell of books warms my body. I started my journey to find the book.

while taking a book I shuffle the pages then some papers slip from the book and fall to the floor. I started picking it up and arrange it in the number as present on the side of the paper. but then one of the pages was missing. So I started searching then suddenly I see that paper but before I could reach it, it flew under a shelf. I went near to that and take it. But when I look up I find myself far away from the main room and now I was at the corner. I turn to leave but when my eyes meet the one picture I stop in my track and I walk towards that shelf. then I took the book.

I run my fingers over the cover and removed the dust from it. Then I see the picture of a full moon. I open it but suddenly

"Elsa...Elsa..."

I placed it back on the shelf and ran back to the library's main room.

"where were you, Elsa," she said when she finds me there back in the main room.

" oh.. I was just looking".

" I thought you had run away again," she said and swipe out the imaginary sweat from her forehead.

" Girl, you literally gave me a heart attack" she continued.

"If something like that happens, mick will kill me ". She said but my heart skip a beat when I heard his name and happiness bloomed in me when I heard that but it shattered suddenly when I remember the night. He didn't care anything about me or didn't care if I die or live. A pain formed in me but suddenly I mask it.

" so you are babysitting me".

"yeah, now come we can eat something, and then you can come here," she said and we went to the dining room.

From her, I get to know that Mick will be here only after tomorrow. I asked her where they went, but she said that she doesn't know anything about it.

"Hmmm...someone is missing someone " she started singing.

" what! No, I'm not thinking about Michael, I just.." I said

" I didn't say, Michael.." she teased me. A blush formed on my face.

"Oh my my you are blushing...so cute " she peaked my cheek.

" ok..ok now can we finish this lunch," I said.

"Mmmmm..." she said with her laugh.

after our lunch, Amy got a call from steve to go to someplace, at first she was not ready to leave me but I told her that I will be here and will not run away, she smiles.

"it's not like that, Elsa. I really don't want to leave you. I will kill him" she said.

" Amy, I will be here and you can come here at any time ".

so with a sad face, she went outside. After saying goodbye, I returned to the library and took the same book with the picture of a full moon.

Sitting at the comfy chair near the window I open it with great eagerness but when my eyes meet those pages it widens...
