Chapter 2

Elsa

I stood at the ballroom looking at the beauty of it then invert my attention to the dancing floor. Everyone was dancing with their mate, some finding their mate, some like me searching for their mate. Then I felt someone stare, I turn around but I see no one. Everyone was busy with what they are doing. Then I see Mary, she was an old woman who treat me like her daughter was standing with our luna Annie , bella's mom . I walk towards them . when they saw me , Annie come and hugs me, I also give her hug then went towards mary and hugged her and she also give me a hug.

"How are you my child " Annie ask

"I'm good as always luna" I replied with smile.

She comes and again hugs me " don't worry dear you will get your mate. I know about that Susan, bella told me everything. I will tell alpha about them how they are making you suffer " she said angrily.

"No no Luna...please don't, you know she was only the family that I have.. and..I don't want them to lose anything because of me... so please don't tell alpha" I pleaded.

"But.."

"Please ..luna"

"Um...ok but , if they hurt you , I will tell alpha "

"Ok.. luna and where is bella , we came here together but she said she will be here in few minutes now she is missing " I ask luna so she will deviate from that topic.

"Oh, she was here with me a few minutes ago then evan call her . But don't worry Elsa she will be here now stay with us.

Then we talk about somethings and then Annie was called by someone so she went there leaving me and mary .Now we are alone I turn to look at her , something was wrong with her. she was not a silent kind of person but today she was so quiet and her eyes lost the shine that it has when ever I see her. When she found that I'm looking at her ,

" Elsa, it's my time has come to leave....." she said to me with a sad smile.

"What are you saying mary " I ask her with my teary eyes.

"Hey, don't feel sad dear, I'm leaving for now but I will come back to you...and always remember to stand strong and don't give up on yourself because you are born for a purpose and you will find it soon.... "

"But..mary.." I started

"Elsa.." I turned towards bella's voice and when i turn towards mary her place was vacant.

" Elsa ... ho you there you are , come let's meet someone" bella pull me along with her.

"Bella.."

"What happened" she ask with a frown.

"It's mary..she said she was leaving.."

" am..papa told me yesterday that she was leaving the pack for some days for something. Actually I don't know... " she replied.

"Hey..are you sad ..ho no don't cry baby, she will be here within few days...she always love you so , she will come back. And you have us..elsa"

"and....your mate.. " she teased.

"Ok now stop you waterworks and come with me" she hold my hands and drag me

"Where are you taking me"

"Wait baby" with that she pull me along with her, then she stop at a group of men. Then she released my hand and went towards the group which is full of men and talk to a person whose back is towards me. Then he turns towards and look at me . Then along with bella he started walking towards my direction and stop at my front.

" Elsa meet Alpha James Andrew of west pack and also my childhood friend " bella said to me smilingly then turn to him "and James meet Elsa, my bestie " .

"It's nice to meet you alpha James "

"Ho, cut the formalities and you can call me James " he said .

I look at him he was so handsome with that blue eyes and chiseled jaws. When he caught staring at him a smirk formed on his face.

" um.. my name.." I started

"Bella already told your name, elsa" he said and his smile widen.

"Would you like have a dance with me" he asked and extended his hand.

"Um.." before I could complete he pull me to the dance floor.

We talked many things, he was funny , cool and a good friend but was not my mate .

After our dance I take my excuse and turn to leave from this party,so I search for bella to tell her that I'm leaving and from the corner of my eyes I see elna was over a guy eating his face, rolling my eyes I started walking then I see evan our next alpha and brother of bella . His smile widen when he saw me and rush towards me and gave me a hug

" Elsa you are looking beautiful, " a blush formed in my face.

"if i hadn't find my mate I would have taken you as my mate " he said teasingly.

"What did you say" another voice boomed behind us then a hand wrapped around me a pulled me towards that person for a hug .

"My Elsa.." Ruth , mate of evan and also my bestie said .

" How are you El.. it's been long time..I really miss you " again she hugs me.

"I'm good and how are you " I ask her .

"Oh fine good but leaving with him so bore" she said placing her hand on forehead dramatically. He then move closer to her and said something on her ears a blush formed on her face.

"Um..guys haven't you see bella" I ask them making them to look at me

" she went upstairs Elsa, what happened " evan ask seriously.

"Nothing, I just want to tell her that I'm leaving "

"Are you not feeling well, Elsa " ruth ask with concern.

"No, it's just...I want to go home"

"Ok, I will drop you now come on " evan suddenly said.

"No..evan it's fine no need.."

"Elsa..it's dark so it's better evan should drop you home" ruth said.

"No , ruth ..I'm fine and I'm not alone as I'm going with my aunt. So please tell bella that I'm leaving ". I lied

She nodded.

I said goodbye to them and started walking towards the door then suddenly , bumped into a wall but then I felt hands which wrap around my waist .I feel an electric shock when I touch that hands. Inside me my wolf was dancing and howling happily.

I look at the person . When my eyes meet his , something escaped from my mouth.

"Mate"
