he nine ladies couldn’t stand the thoughts of sleeping in another tree, so they sucked it up and slept on the thick grass, which as it turned out, that grass was almost as soft as a good mattress.
It was decided that two girls at a time would take turns being lookouts. Angel and Carbo said they would take the first shift with Tam and Kat following them. They didn’t think they had anything to worry about except the Snickers.
They were still worrying about their mom/aunt. They had no idea where she could be or even if she has a warm bed to sleep in. They never wanted to be in a situation like this ever again.
