T he day before today, Miss Hazel knew she wouldn’t have a place to sleep last night, so she was going to try to make it back to Duffy and Sophie’s house. Perhaps, they will let me spend another night with them. She hated to ask because they had been so nice to her, and she didn’t want them to think she was taking advantage of them. Hazel looked around for something familiar. Everywhere she looked, all she saw was lovely green grass. Finally, she saw a bench that looked like the one where she fell asleep. She noticed the pretty blue flowers that she smelled and the blue dust that knocked her out cold. She was sure of the way to their house from here. The closer she walked toward the house, the more she knew, for sure, it belonged to Duffy and Sophie. Sophie must have looked out the wind
