Five Years Later.
I used to think my only purpose in life was to be a pillar of the military. An essential part of the framework. But that wasn’t true. I’ll always value my time as a general and my experiences as such. Post retirement is where I found my life’s deeper meaning, however.

One day, I didn’t even know her. The next, she wrapped herself around my heart, adding warmth and passion to my bleak existence, turning me into the family man I never thought I could be.
