“So what else have you never done before?” Dylan asked that evening.
Alyssa looked at him sideways, wondering what the hell had gotten into him. They’d been sitting in his study doing research for the Evercore case. She set her thick book aside on the coffee table and looked at Dylan very carefully.
“Why do you ask?” Alyssa asked in a measured tone, scrutinizing him for any signs of judgement.
Dylan shrugged, taking in Alyssa’s stoic face.
“It was just….well….it was a huge turn on knowing you hadn’t ever done…you know…” Dylan shifted in his sofa chair, wondering if he was going to make Alyssa uncomfortable or angry.
