I had a Saturday morning class at ten in the morning. I was so excited for my date with Lucas, I could barely concentrate. Maria came skipping into my classroom right after it ended.
“Hola chica!" She said with excitement.
“Hey!" I said, packing up my things to leave.
“Are you excited about your date tonight?" She asked, bouncing in.
Before I could even answer her question she squealed with excitement. I laughed and shook my head.
“Yes." I smiled. “Although I'm a little nervous."
“Why?" she asked, confused. “This night is going to be like a dream."
