11 Ginge and I slide the sofa out of the way and then unlock the door. Even though I know it’s safe, that there can’t possibly be a pack of Necs stood behind it, I still have to brace myself before opening it. Jonny hurries inside; his entire body drenched in sweat. Ginge locks the door behind him, and we push the sofa back into position.
