CHAPTER THIRTY-EIGHT FAITH’S POV I woke up, feeling like I had been poked by a thousand needles in my body. The pain only lasted for a brief second as I realized I was in a moving car. My first instinct was panic and as I sat up, getting ready to attack whoever was on the wheel, his familiar scent caught my nose, putting my thoughts on a halt.   "Lucian?" I called in surprise. Why was I in Lucian's car at God knows what time?   "Oh, you are awake now," he pulled the car over to a stop on the side of the street, peaking at me through the two front streets.   “Yeah.
