Sloane was as competitive as she was before. It made me remember the days where we used to compete with each other whether it is in academics or sports and I admit that I have never once won against her.
The situation is different now though. Instead of competing against her, I am now competing with her and we won every single game like the competitive parents that we are. We defeated the Hurlingtons and I will gladly help her defeat that arrogant couple.
When the games were over, Sloane and I were silent as we went back to our room to take a bath. Later tonight, we will gather outside again for a movie night with everyone. She became silent when Sophia teased us earlier and I didn't add fuel to the fire by staying quiet, as if I was invisible.
