Chapter Sixteen
JOSIAH
I was awoken by the sound of my phone ringing the next day. I groaned and snatched it, seeing my mother calling me at seven in the morning.
The launch was late at noon and I was planning on coming late, but I guess my mother had her own idea.
"Hello?" I answered with my eyes closed, preparing myself to go back to sleep once she's done. "Mom, do you know what time it is?"
"I know, and I know normal people are awake at this hour."
I rolled my eyes and buried my face deeper into my pillow. "In case you forgot, I'm not exactly normal. Why did you call?"
"Well, your father and I talked and we agreed that the wedding should be announced later at the launch."
