FACE PROBLEMS WITH SMILE

Suddenly, Shrishti screamed due to excitement which pulled Kabir back from his own world……

Kabir: what just happened…. Did you see any ghosts…..

Shrishti: you stupid….. just look there……(she made him look at the sky) SHOOTING STAR……..

Kabir: what to do then……

Shrishti: you dumbo….. Shooting stars are very rare, you know….. whatever you ask…. It’ll be fulfilled…..(she joined her hands and closed her eyes and silently said her wish and then she opened her eyes and found Kabir looking at her in the place of making his wish)

Shrishti: why are you looking at me….. why didn’t you make any wish….. see it’s just disappeared now(she said, getting sad)

Kabir: wish……(he said with a sad chuckle)

Shrishti: what happened…..

Kabir: we ask for any wish when we have faith or you can trust that it will be granted…… but when I’m already very confident of my fate, then why should I make a wish…… (he said, looking at the sky)

Shrishti: Kabir see……I know that it’s your personal space and I should not ask you anything, but now I can’t control myself…… please tell me what is your problem…… what is there which is making you this sad….. this disappointed….. this dissatisfied from your life……

( He didn’t say anything for 5 minutes but finally he spoke)

Kabir: you know shrishti…… when a person feels strongest and happiest, when there is someone who can understand his feelings, his likes and dislikes….. but in my case there is no one…….. I’m the one who is suffering with my own thoughts, likes, dislikes, needs, everything all alone……. There is no one to understand me……. And now I just know this clearly, that there is no one in this world who understands the other one(his voice started choking so he stopped talking).

Shrishti: It’s not like what you are saying kabir….. In our life there is always a person who can understand our feelings, our inner turmoil, our happiness just looking at our face….. it’s just sometimes that person just appears automatically and maybe sometimes you have to find that person…… I’m damn sure you’ll too get that one for you…. That too very soon…..(she said with a heartwarming smile)

Kabir: how you are so positive Shrishti……

Shrishti: (she was looking directly at the sky) Sometimes situations convert the person into one….. which is completely different from his own personality….

Kabir: can ask you a question….

Shrishti: hmmm…… ask……(she said, shifting her gaze from the sky to him)

Kabir: that time when we were sitting at that tea stall…. Why did you shout like that…… the mere death word won’t cause me to die….(before he could complete what he was saying, she kept her palm on his mouth and nodded negatively…. She immediately pulled her hand back and looked at the sky with moist eyes)

Shrishti: this word…… it is very easy to use this word na….. but its reality is way more bitter and devastating….. the most bitter truth but truth of life is this only….that it can come anytime without any notice…. And if it came, then there is no other option….. that’s why please don't use these words….. leave it….. let’s go. It is already very late, we didn’t even realize that time was 9 already…..

Kabir: what…… we have been sitting here for the past 3 hours……

Shrishti: yes sir…… now let’s go….. we have a train to catch tomorrow…….

Soon they were back in their respective hotel rooms….. as both of them were tired, they fell asleep immediately…… the next morning both of them checked out of the hotel and reached the railway station exactly 15 minutes before the schedule for the train……… Shrishti was waiting excitingly for the train but Kabir’ s face was showing something else……..

Soon their train arrived and, coincidently, their seats were in the same compartment but not together….. there was a boy sitting on the opposite seat to Kabir….. Kabir requested that boy to exchange his seat with Shrishti’ s seat…. That boy also agreed easily, so after making all the adjustments, they both sat in their respective seats…….

As soon as Kabir sat on his seat, he was again in the mode in which he was when he was coming to jaipur….. he was again continuously staring out of the window…….

Shrishti: Kabir……. Have you sworn on something….. like the moment you step on the train your heartbroken mode will get automatically on….(she asked in all seriousness)

Kabir: no not at all….. and also, for your kind information madam, I’m not heartbroken……. (he said, cringing)

Shrishti: well yes….. a heartbroken person didn’t get one girl…. But the kind of face you make looks like you didn’t get 10-12 girls…… (she said jokingly)

Kabir: oh my god girl….. a person is not always sad because of not being with a girl, no no girls….. There are many other reasons too…..

Shrishti: see….. even if there are a thousand reasons to be sad….. but this smile of ours…. This should never disappear…. We can solve 100 problems with just a simple smile on our faces……

Kabir: How…..?

Shrishti: see….. suppose you have lots of problems…. You are stuck somewhere you don’t wanna be…. But if you are helpless to do anything, then just let everything be and smile……

Kabir: why….??

Shrishti: because even if you’ll not smile, the problem is not going anywhere….. but if you face those problems with a smile, then it’ll be easy to deal with them….

Kabir: hmm…… well…. Actually, you are absolutely right.
