The MeetT he tall sergeant who took Aahana till the Inspector's cabin told the other two men to go back and do the work, and without asking any questions the other two guys vanished from there. Aahana was just staring at the nameplate when the sergeant told her to wait since he has to ask the permission from the Inspector before going inside. He went inside the office and Aahana was standing outside, still staring the nameplate, then suddenly she heard a shriek from the back and saw a woman crying, she went back to check on her and then she saw that the woman's son was prisoned inside one of the jail and they were beating that guy so roughly that it was bleeding on his back. Aahana saw the woman and was going to comfort her but then she heard another voice which was not any crying woman's but was of the tall sergeant. He was calling her madam in a really high tone that the woman's shrieks were not audible anymore. She saw the woman's face, looked down at her feet, then walked back to the office, her expressions were quite subtle as she was moving her left hand on the back of her head while walking. When she came near the sergeant she sighed and said sorry in a deep voice. He looked at her in a very irritated way and told her to not to show affection for such people as they know how to trick other people in such crime scenes. Nevertheless, he told her to go inside, also, he asked her to put her phone and journal in her bag as the Inspector might not like it. She did as he said and without any further questions she stepped inside the office. She closed the slab timber door and saw a guy sitting on a high back leather chair, the chair was moved backwards and she could not see the face of the Inspector. When she came close to the table she heard that he was talking to someone in a very low voice. She stood there for about five minutes, then when he hung up his call. She knew that now he is going to turn, she started fixing her hair and then he turned around. He almost saw Aahana doing that and he gave a cornered smile. Just as Aahana's eyes met his eyes, she looked so impressed by him as his personality was so majestic. His complexion waswheatish and his deep black eyes were round, his lips were curved and pink, he was clean shaven and did not really have any beard, his black hair were spiked up and he was wearing the same khaki uniform but the only change was that his biceps were clearly visible as he was wearing the short sleeve shirt. He did not have any badge on his shirt but he had his designation written on the holder. He was wearing a G-shock watch in his hand and in his ring finger there was a double plated gold ring with a tiny diamond on the top. His personality was no less than a guy who would be around 25, but after seeing his post Aahana realised that he might be actually married and must be above 30. She looked at him continuously for about 2 minutes which made the situation awkward, and due to which the Inspector had to speak first. "Please sit down", he said. Aahana looked at him sheepishly and sat down on another leather chair in his front. He was looking at Aahana in the eyes which kind of made Aahana smile. After she made herself comfortable at the place, she looked down on her lap then she began. "I'm sorry for wasting your precious time, but I really have something urgent to tell you." she murmured. "Don't be sorry, you can tell if there's any problem." he smiled while saying it. "Thank you, umn…" she paused. "Don't be afraid of anything here, tell me what the thing is." he said it with a huge smile this time. Aahana was uncomfortable at first but when Inspector Raghav was looking her into the eyes and was very calm, unlike other police officers, she got comfortable with him, looked at him straight in his eyes and begun again. "My Name is Aahana Raichand and I'm the daughter of KabirRaichand." She paused, looked down again at her lap and resumed, "I don't know if you know my father or not, but my father has a tele-calling company and I'm from Race Course." she stopped. "Yes, I might know him." He looked at her in an inquisitive way and said "continue." "I was almost 16 when my mother died, by a car accident." She paused, "My mother's name wasMeghna and when she died, my father told me that she met with an accident on Christmas Eve." She sighed. "Okay?" He said. "What my father told me about my mum is that she was going to one of her friend's place when she had an accident, he told me that he took mum to the hospital but the blood loss was too much that they couldn't save my mum." she said. "I'm sorry for…" he stopped as she started again. "I don't think that my mother met with any kind of accident, I think.." she put her right hand on her forehead and sighed again. "Yes, what do you think?" Raghavinquisted. "I think that.. I think my mum was murdered."
