Our talk to the bus station

693 Words

After Harper walked away, I didn't see him again through out the rest of the day. I tried to focus in class, but I kept glancing backwards to where his seat is, but it's always still empty. After class, during lunch, during recess, Harper didn't show up at all. It's like he had left the school grounds. He wouldn't have, right?? After school hours, Mia told me she had some school business to take care of and that leaves me to take the bus all by myself. Lord knows where Alec is, and I don't know is Matt is trying to avoid me, or he doesn't really care. "Hello." Says a deep voice and I jump, startled. "I'm sorry." He quickly apologies. I turn to him and give him a relief smile. "It's fine." "Where are you off to?" Oliver asks as he falls in step with me. "Home." I say gently.
