Invisible

No one know what happened to the Lux girls parents or who they are for that matter. The girls were found in the forest one day by a few hikers. The hikers asked the older girl who she was and where their parents are. "My name is Luna and these are my sisters Ruby and Rozwell...I don't know where our mommy is."

The hikers took the girls to the police station where Luna was questioned but all she knew was that she was 11 and the twins Ruby and Rozwell were 1 and their last name is Lux. They had a Mom but couldn't remember who she was, what she looked like or the last time they seen her. They had never known their father.

After days of searching the woods for any trace of they girls mother and turning up nothing they were placed in foster care. Passed from one home to the next until one day they found a home that was willing to keep all of them together! This is where they remain for the next seven years.

Beep Beep Beep

"There's no way it's time to get up already" Luna groaned as she rolled over to turn off her alarm. 5:30 illuminated in green "Crap we're going to be late!" She whispered getting up quickly to wake up her siblings for school and making sure the ate something before leaving the house.

"Ruby, Roz it's time to get up!" Luna urged "please be quick I really don't want you guys to be late!"

"Five more minutes" Ruby cried

"Please don't do this today Ruby" Luna begged "We don't have time"

"Fine" Ruby rolled her eyes as Luna turned to make sure Roz was getting up.

"Roz please get up" Luna whispered

"Okay did you sign my permission slip?" Roz asked as she got out of bed.

"Yes it's in your bag please don't forget to hand it in this time"

"I won't" Roz promised with a smile

"Please be ready by the time I get back with your breakfast and please be quite you know the rules" Luna warned as she left the room to head down to the kitchen.

It's crazy how everything feels like it takes forever when you're in a hurry or how everything seems super loud when you're trying to be quiet Luna thought as she grabbed some pop tarts and juice for the girls. Shes had fifteen minutes to get the twin to school and herself to work. Luna went back upstairs to get herself ready.

"Are you guys ready?" Luna whispered while passing the girls room.

"Yes" the twins said in unison and giggled.

"Sshhh" Luna hissed "Please we are almost out of here withan incident"

"Sorry" Ruby said looking down at her feet.

Luna kenw it was hard for the twins to follow all the rules but she also knew what would happen if they broke any of the rules let alone the number one rule...DO NOT under ANY circumstances wake them. The key to staying out of trouble here was to be invisible. Luna kenw she had to follow every single rule and make sure to do everything that was expected of her because they were being nice and letting her stay even though she turned 18 last week. Although she knew the only reason they are permitting this is because she does all the cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the twins.

"Come on girls we have to go now" Luna urged pushing Ruby and Roz to the door.

Luna had her hand on the door when she heard the creaking of the floor above her she took a deep breath grabbed both girls and pulled the door open and ran pulling them behind her, her heart beating so loud in her ears she couldn't hear anything. She didn't stop until she was down the street. Roz and Ruby's faces were so pale Luna was afraid they weren't breathing. She was so relieved when they started to cry she hugged them so tight.

"Luna you're crushing us" Ruby breathed

"It won't be much longer" Luna promised "Come on let's get you guys to school"
